- Were you getting of me sounding like a broken record turning new lessons away for so long? Well me too! We are so thrilled to welcome Amanda and Cindy to the LBF teaching staff! Both have their own unique equine stories that make them great candidates for the position with a little patience while they learn all of our horses and methods. We have opened up a few week day spots to begin filling their schedule before summer time rolls in. Don't forget to sign up for summer camps before all of the spots fill! We have so many fun opportunities coming up we can't wait to share with you.

- Summer is coming to a close and some sort of a school schedule is getting ready to start up. I want to thank everyone who came to ride with us this summer for their support in our program, I am blessed we were all able to remain healthy and thrive. With so many students beginning an online schooling experience I am looking forward to being able to expand our number of students accepted for our fall schedule. Little Evelyn dictates my life now, so I am devoted to her schedule and she keeps a pretty tight rein on me, but Miss Alex is able to be flexible and continue starting out or newest of students! As a reminder, if you need to get a hold of one of us check our “open” hours on the home page and try to call or text within those hours, otherwise we will try and get with you the next day. If you have a cancellation or emergency let us know as soon as you know, just remember we might not get back with you right away! Thank you for your understanding in our constant struggle of not taking work to bed with us each night.

- What a crazy year this has turned out to be... just after Karen's daughter made a 3 week early appearance the world went into shut down mode. Covid-19 has taken control, all non-essential business have been temporarily shut down. We tried to make a compelling case that horseback riding was essential, mainly for the parent's state of mind, but the government wasn't having it. We hope to be back to normal life soon, but until then we'll be in our hermit hole taking care of the horses until we can see everyone's bright and shining faces again.

- Welcome to the new year! Spring Break Camp dates are up, we are still working on Summer Camp and horseshow dates for 2020. In case you haven't noticed...Karen is expecting a tiny foal! Well, a human baby that is! Come April/May it may be a bit of a mad house, so we appreciate your understanding during this transitioning period while Alex is taking care of business.

- We've just returned from an AWESOME show-cation at the Route 66 Morgan Classic Horse Show in Tulsa! We had a few return show riders; Alexa, Elayna, Seriah and BriLeigh who all rocked their classes and learned SO much. We were happy to also present a few new riders to the show arena; LeAnna, McKenna and Zoe! Horses were all so well behaved and all riders had an awesome time with life long memories made.
