- October 8-15: Morgan Grand National and World Championships, OKC State Fair
Show Fees
All bills to be paid prior to leaving for a show.
Actual cost of entries, office fees, split of tack stall. Horse preparation, packing, and hotel fees for trainers/grooms.
Day Fees-based on when horse leaves and returns to farm. Includes coaching, working the horse, grooming equipment and show set up.
$55-day training/coaching
$70-$100 groom/Assistant
$30-Leadline
Hauling
Hauling, based on round trip, is charged at $1 per mile per horse.
Travel in excess of 100 miles charged at $2.75/mile per trailer, split between travelers.
Local hauling, not show related, $50 minimum.
Grooms
Horse show grooms work hard to make sure your horse is prepared for you in the show arena, if you feel they have done a good job please let them know they are appreciated before leaving the show!
