Show Fees
- All bills to be paid prior to leaving for a show.
Actual cost of entries, office fees, split of tack/groom stalls, and hotel charges for trainer/grooms.
Day Fees-based on when horse leaves and returns to farm.
$90-Multi-Day fee
- Includes coaching, grooming equipment & preparations (braiding billed separately), horse care, management and groom's pay.
- $55 per student when horse sharing
$55- Single Day Trailer Tie Out or coaching only
- Trailer tie out shows or DIY/supply all yourself, coaching only.
- $40 per student when horse sharing
$10-$40-Preparation & Packing
- Preparations prior to leaving for show may include bathing/clipping, packing tack, equipment, feed and miscellaneous items. N/A towards multi-day shows. Those who help are exempt from this charge.
$40-Leadliner
- One time charge per show
Hauling
Fuel charge of $.25 per estimated mile when commuting for multi-day shows.
Hauling, based on round trip, is charged at $1 per mile per horse.
Group rate, travel in excess of 150 miles charged at $.75/mile per horse (3 horse minimum).
Local hauling, under 50 miles-not show related, $50 minimum.
Grooms
Horse show grooms work hard to make sure your horse is prepared for you in the show arena, if you feel they have done a good job please let them know they are appreciated before leaving the show!
